- WebFS Installation
- ------------------
-
- If you only want to use WebFS occasionally, you can simply
- run !WebFS when needed. In fact, HTMLEdit v3 automatically
- loads WebFS when run, so if you will only be accessing WebFS
- folders when using HTMLEdit v3, you may never need to use
- !WebFS.
-
- However, most users will want to have WebFS running all the
- time, as, indeed, we do here. If you are running a RiscPC
- system, or have R-Comp's Multiboot ShortCuts utility installed
- on a pre-RiscPC, simply copy !WebFS into the Predesk directory
- within !Boot.
-
- For a RiscPC, that is: !Boot.Choices.Boot.Predesk
-
- With Multiboot on a pre-RiscPC:
-
- Edit the !Predesk file within !Boot, adding in a line to run
- !WebFS.
-
- Installation on pre-RiscPCs
- ---------------------------
-
- If you own a pre-RiscPC machine without Multiboot, and have a
- hard disc or network access, you will need to run !WebFS early on
- in your boot-up sequence. This is likely to be a Desktop file
- called !Boot on your boot disc (usually Hard Disc 4).
-
- Eg. Filer_Run ADFS::4.$.HTMLEdit.WebFS.!WebFS
-
- This would be fine if you've copied the contents of your HTMLEdit
- disc into a HTMLEdit directory on primary hard disc.
